You have experience working as a waiter at corporate functions and celebration events.  You have a LOVE for great food and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You are a positive person who likes to be challenged and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.


  • The Functions Waiter is responsible for the day-to-day set up and running of HostCo functions and events.
  • A variety of duties including exceptional customer service, serving food and drinks, ensuring events and functions are correctly set up and packed down, assisting with AV controls and supporting the team as a whole with your infectious “can do” attitude.


Hours of work will vary week to week and will span over 7 days.


  • 1 years’ of previous demonstrated experience working as a Waiter in functions and events
  • Demonstrated ability to carry 3 plates
  • Ability to correctly pour wine and beer
  • A flexible, “can do” attitude towards work
  • Flexibility with regard to hours worked
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card
  • A current NSW Provisional Driver’s License or above



$26.19 per hour + 9.5% Superannuation + Laundry Allowance + Attractive Penalty Rates
