We are on the hunt for an Outlet Supervisor! Courtyard our flagship outlet is located within the beautiful grounds of Sydney University, we offer a variety of modern QSRs for you to grow your skills and work with an incredible team. You will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a supervisory / coordinator type role in a café/restaurant/QSR environment. Your positive attitude will create a fun working environment for staff.

Your experience working with commercial coffee machines in a high-volume environment will be highly regarded and any food prep experience you have will be a value add.

  • Serving customers and making them feel welcome
  • Preparing and serving outstanding food & hot/cold beverages
  • Ensure presentation and cleanliness of outlet and products is maintained to a high standard with only approved signage & props are used
  • Be highly organized with effective stock control and management of the outlet
  • Continual leadership, development and motivation of team members & baristas
  • Understand the importance of Food & Covid safety processes
  • Quality control and presentation of food displays and setups
  • Maintain a clean and presentable outlet in both FOH and dining area



  • Monday - Friday (no weekends)
  • An $11 meal card per day worked

  • At least 1 years’ previous management experience in a high paced café / restaurant / qsr environment
  • At least 1 years’ experience working with commercial coffee machines in a high volume environment (using at least 5kgs of beans per day)
  • Ability to lead staff and maintain productivity in the absence of Manager
  • Exposure to the management of both front of house and kitchen teams
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) photo card and certification
  • Demonstrated experience or understanding of Point of Sale system
  • Demonstrated understanding of excellent customer service and high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills/experience
  • Effective time management skills
  • Understanding of HACCP procedures or food safety programs
  • Current Food Safety Certificate
  • Flexibility with regard to hours worked



38 hours per week, between the hours of 7am-8pm during Monday-Friday (depending on the business' needs, some flexibility is required).
